5 Stille Moments

As a musicologist and composer, I have always thought of music as something more than just sound. I am driven by the idea that sound waves are pure energy with unknown potential. In my quest for the meaning of sound, I discovered elements that I have implemented in 5 STiLLE Moments.

Use headphones: Breathe to the rhythm of the first 4 tracks and let your head drift away in the 5th. This is a healing meditation. 

The track Songbirds is great for getting babies to calm down. I've used it a lot, and so have kindergartens and many other parents. The sounds of birds and the track's tempo seem to have something magical to it.
