The vagus nerve is the boss of our parasympathetic nervous system, or the rest and digest-part of our nervous system. When activated, it reduces the heart-rate and the bloodpressure and calms us down.

Vagus Breathing" is music composed for you to exhale for 5 seconds and inhale for 5 seconds for a total of 10 minutes.
